Enamelling dies are widely used in kinds of horizontal and standing enamelling machinery, with the features of uniform coating and smooth surface.
Our die blanks are made of tungsten carbide or PCD materials. Die cases are of stainless steel material and JPMJ enamelling dies have very good wear resistance, very high smooth finish and precise dimensions, which can be used in the process of coating insulating layer around wires. Normal diameters of die hole: 0.16 ~ 5.20mm.
